Authentic Relating Training, International teaches a conversation format based on a set of 5 practices. This unique way to communicate with those you care most about, can lead to conflict transformation versus conflict resolution. This program took four years to complete and required mentored / supervised practicum hours which I completed in the United States and Europe.
I have integrated my formal education and professional knowledge, with Authentic Relating. It has been helpful when working with couples, children, and families.

Trained to assess and design a workout routine for clients based on their individual goals. Advanced courses taken to make appropriate modifications for injuries, give clients general information on health as it relates to exercise, and share general nutritional guidelines.

Mollie Bernie, M.A. is a former licensed therapist (LPCC) and now practices as a clinical coach. She facilitates a weekly group supervision hour in which professionals are able to tap into the collective wisdom across several specialties. Peer review groups also ensure clients receive research based, clinically utilized, and ethical treatment from their provider.

Dr. Marisa Crandall, PHD defines her job as helping clients develop an intentional guidance system so that they can make confident choices and decisions for themselves and their children. She has worked with families for nearly 30 years and has a PHD in Clinical Developmental Psychology. I pay to spend one hour each week with her to review my cases and provide experienced guidance. Dr. Crandall will not hesitate to offer a trusted alternate perspective, and helps me refine the direction I am going with clients if necessarily. Having her experience support your family is an incredible bonus of working with me.
